A short-term model of
cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy that can vary from 4-20 sessions.
I offer video or telephone therapy sessions that you can attend from the comfort of your own home, or anywhere that’s suitable for you.
I specialise in providing support to new and expecting mothers who struggle with mental health issues.
I work on a one-to-one basis and offer up to 60-minute long assessment appointments and 50-minute long therapy sessions
I work with adults (18+ years old)
